The short version: we ship free within Canada, subscriptions arrive every 30 days, and if your first 30 days with Athlelyte don’t go well, we’ll refund you.
Processing times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Free shipping in Canada
Shipping is free on every order within Canada, with no minimum order. Typical transit time is 3 to 5 business days after processing, depending on your location. Shipping outside Canada is not available at launch.
Subscription shipments
Subscriptions ship automatically every 30 days from your first order. You can skip a delivery, push a shipment back, change your selection, or cancel at any time through your customer account. Make changes before your renewal is processed and they take effect on that shipment.
30-day satisfaction refund
If you’re not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund your purchase. You do not need to return the product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. This applies to your first order of a product; later shipments are covered for damage or fulfillment errors.
