These terms govern your use of the Athlelyte website and your purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order, because purchases form a binding contract.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes: no scraping, probing, or interfering with its operation, and no misrepresenting who you are when creating an account or placing an order. All content on the site (text, graphics and branding) belongs to Athlelyte or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Purchases & billing
Prices are shown at checkout in Canadian dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. By submitting an order you authorize the listed charge to your payment method, processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill; if we cancel, you will be refunded in full.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew automatically every 30 days and your saved payment method is charged at each renewal until you cancel. You can skip a delivery, change your selection, or cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, through your customer account. Changes made before a renewal is processed apply to that renewal.
Disclaimers
Athlelyte is a supplemented food: an electrolyte drink mix with added minerals and vitamins. It is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. Nothing on this site is medical advice; consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athlelyte and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Athlelyte is organized (to be specified upon legal review), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Questions about these terms? Email [email protected].
